Here is my orgasmic zucchine recipe.
Oh, but wait, before I jump in, I’m domestically challenged and lack patience or time to really spend in the kitchen, so this recipe is quick and simple and straight from Italy.
Get 4 or 5 large green zucchine. Wash them and cut and discard the top and bottom part and slice them. Use 2 table spoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a pan – medium heat. Add 2 table spoons of water and put the zucchine in. 
Add half of a white onion either cut in small pieces or sliced onions (Tracy who left a comment on this post pointed out that I didn’t specify how much and what kind of onions – thank you Tracy) and half a teaspoon of salt. Cook on medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes. The secret is to cover the zucchine. My mom swears that the flavor is richer.
When the zucchine are ready they’ll look like this:

To top it off add the secret ingredient, LEMON. I squeeze almost half a lemon in my zucchine because I like the taste but even a few drops will give it a special flavor.

This sounds wonderful – just one question, how much and what kind of onions?
Yes I can’t believe I forgot. You need to put half of a white onion, either cut in small pieces or sliced.
