Someone questioned if the story was true and others started obsessing over why she Twittered soon after her loss, so a controversy ensued.
I think you can find more 'info' around the blogosphere.

Cheers,
Anita

I am also a military wife and mom also (Canada) and relatively new to your blog. Forgive my ignorance, but is Shellie a well-known blogger/"celebrity" blogger? Her recent post asking people to allow her family space to grieve addresses media outlets, etc. Does she simply mean her local news stations? It sounds, from her tone, like a media firestorm or something. Just wondering if I'm missing something. Either way, my heart aches for her.
Thanks.

As a mother of a 2 year old boy, a boy that fell in the pool this past father's day - my heart goes out to her and her family. We were lucky - my husband saw our son going over the edge of the pool and hit the bottom before our son did - I cannot imagine the heartache they are feeling -
We'll be praying for them.
