My internet and phone are down at home. I’m sitting outside my Yoga class, people are quickly walking in with their snazzy mats and giving me dirty looks.

I’m hunched over compulsively typing on my laptop and trying to squeeze in some of my work because after waiting 15 minutes to speak with a human voice and pressing the number zero so hard on my phone I left a dent on it, At&T told me that they have to send a technician to my home.

The earliest they can do that is tomorrow.

Panic ensues. I feel lost without phone or internet.

I have a few seconds left before I’m officially five minutes late for my Yoga class and you know how people stare when you’re late for Yoga…it’s something fierce.

Since I got back on Sunday night:

The laundry has taken over, it’s a mass that’s spreading without mercy

I’m out of dish detergent and laundry detergent

The AC in my car only works when I drive. It stops every time there is a light or stop sign. We all start sweating profusely when that happens.

I need to take the car to the mechanic again, but it’ll have to wait after the internet and phone get fixed.

Nina, my youngest, has puked in the car four times today. I’m out of paper towels.

I have a pounding headache and forgot my Yoga mat.

My bed is still too organized because my husband has been gone for so long.

I’m bloated and cranky and don’t look forward to using a gym yoga mat that many other stressed out chicks have used before me.

My time is up and I must enter my Yoga class.

Maybe I’ll skip, no I must go, no I skip, I must go, I skip, go, skip, go, skip, go, skip….go

I’m going but my laptop is still on, no but I’m going ….

Man oh man. I feel you. My car has no AC and it smokes every time I turn it on (smells horrible, but I think puke is worse) my husband has been underway 2 months, still has many more to go and I so wish I could go to yoga class.

Hope you get your internet fixed soon.
